He was very patient and kind with me as English is not my first language and sometimes I struggled to write down what I mean in emails, he was always available for zoom calls or phone calls. He should be a teacher, he was very easy to understand and he did explain everything for me so I would be able to manage the website on my own. From start to finish Robb Farion walked us through the design and development process and explained in detail what our options were - and when the project was done, he went over how we could update the web site ourselves. Robb was very professional and we felt as though our project was a priority to him. He did his best to stick within our budget but was also clear about ideas that we had (we have lots of them!) that would cause us to exceed it. We started with all kinds of ideas and even some layout concepts of our own. Robb took those ideas and made them significantly better than we could ever have imagined. He then built the site identically to his formal design. Along the way, we had many many questions and lots of design tweaks that we wanted ( Robb would say - too many actually LOL ) but we know what we like and what we want. After first explaining ways we could save money, Robb then worked diligently through all of our requests and then reviewed those changes with us via Zoom screen shares to ensure we were satisfied with his efforts. We were. There were a few times however when the requests that we wanted, or the work Robb was doing, actually exceeded our technical understanding. Robb skillfully took the time, without talking down to us, to explain what it is that we needed to know in terms we could understand and appreciate. When our site was done Robb even helped us with an off site project by updating email templates that we have in a 3rd party emailing application. We would highly recommend Robb Farion for your next project. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and built a beautiful website for Hawkeye Gold & Diamond Inc. that is easy to navigate and tells our story in a pointed, elegant and professional manner.
